I had a balance of $332.00, requested a withdrawal, request was denied because they could not verify the bank card I used to make my deposit. They then asked for bank information which I submitted. Again it was denied because they don’t deal with my bank. So I am screwed out of $332.00. Can’t find a phone number that someone will actually answer.

When you first open an account do this, try to make a withdrawal, no one can ever make a withdrawal. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews, hopefully it is not too late for you. You have been warned, so don't touch this company.

If I could rate it no-stars I would. I looked up "best online casinos" and saw this was on the top 10 list so I tried it out. I won a little last year and went through their "verification process" and was told it was a one time thing. Fast forward six months later and I won $1,200 and attempted to cash out only to be told I had to "re-verify" and send photos of all the credit and debit cards I had used on the account. I explained to them that I don't use my cards anymore, just Bitcoin and I do not have those cards anymore and had to replace them. They still insisted?? So I just dug out photos of the old cards from last time and send them 18 separate times!! I kept waiting and waiting and getting told over and over that they "hadn't received them"!!!! 18 times! FINALLY after a full month they got back with me and told me they needed a marriage certificate and credit card statement ect? WTF?! I was LIVID! By then I had played my $1,200 down to just $100 and after finally getting re-verified I was able to make the withdrawal. However, it took them two weeks to approve it and I'm still waiting on the payout. As I'm typing this, Im actually checking on the status via their live chat (which all the reps say the say thing "were going to escalate it" ect ect from an obvious script) oh! And I'm being told I need to continue to wait. PLEASE don't waste your time or money here! There are tons of great instant payout casinos out there so don't be duped by this one!

Dogshit site. Withdrawing requires you to deposit Litecoin minimum of $10...? Like what the hell? Playthroughs are like 25x (if not more). Would recommend everybody stays away from this site.

I have been aprt of this community for part some time and the withdrawls are terribly slow ! I have one active now and they are taking forever to send my win! UPDATE: FOR ANYONE WAITING ON ANY WITHDRAWALS THEY WILL NOT BE PAYING THEM OUT. IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO RECEIVE ANYTHING IT WILL BE YOU INITIAL DEPOSIT THAT STARTED THE FUNDS THAT YOU WITHDREW. IF YOURE LUCKY. DO NOT PLAY HERE! They are in the midst of being "unable to payout withdrawals" AKA winnings. 1) The process takes weeks so its really not even worth it. 2) They aren't paying out the full amounts. I was told "we removed the bonus funds" when I didn't even use a bonus. 3) I THEN was told the withdrawal (half of which I won mind you) was being paid out on 5/22 and almost 3 weeks later, nothing. The "Hosts" that bother you tell you to use bitcoin and you can withdrawal in 2-3 days..... I have all the phone calls and exchanges recorded. BEWARE, THE SITE IS ONE HUGE SCAM AND THEY ARE CASH GRABBING RIGHT NOW. STAY AWAY!!
