It’s a scam. You can’t withdraw money They stole my money

Can't or won't give me my winnings. 3/3/25 I won 400.00 after dropping a hundred into their crappie casino its now 3/21/25 still they say let me escalate this problem please wait 24-72 hours... They know you will never receive your money!! they are the worst site ever... Starting a class action lawsuit?? I better get my fukin money the worthless fuks...

It's absolutely terrible I'd give them less than one star if it would allow me to. I've been playing in a few social casinos for a few years now and have won big and cashed out without any issues. Sometimes you might have to wait a few days but then you actually see the deposit land in your bank account and then you are like, yes it was real. Here, it's pathetic, I hit for $1200 and it's now going on a month. Withdrawal was already cancelled twice without me even getting an email notification, they keep telling me that I need to submit my information over that I have already done twice. My last attempt to withdraw was on 3/5/25 and today it's 3/19 and it's just sitting there grayed out. Honestly I don't even care anymore and will be closing my account soon. Definitely never giving them another dollar.

They will not allow you to withdraw. Once you become frustrated, they put your balance to zero and tell you to wait 7 to 50 business days for your request!!! Your best option is to dispute with your bank. I have screenshots that I wish I could upload. This is definitely a scam!!!

Got me too. Cannot withdraw... Cannot delete a card. Absolute waste of time trying to talk to their customer service. Scam 🤬🤬

They will not pay out. They keep asking for more documents, the documents you send are never satisfactory for them. This website is nothing but a scam.

Do not play on these las vegas.This is really scant, then you cannot even send your money back as soon as you tried to withdraw
