This company is run like a scam...I signed up and received free spins which I move up from $15 to over $500...the max bet was $3 and suddenly my coins went to less than $100...I looked past that and continued playing and got my winnings up to $790...I tried to withdraw and had to open a coinbase account and litecoin accoun which they said you need to send $10 to verify the crypto account..but the lowest amount to buy was $30. I tried to bypass that step only because to open the crypto account they wanted my SS#...and they ALREADY had a pay check stub we with the rest of my information. After a week of waiting for a response I decided to just use the pay by check option. After another week i contacted live chat to see if my check was issued bc it wasnt approved..then i was told they dont send checks anymore and would have to get it sent to the crypto account. After another couple of days and it still not approved and super angry i went on live chat and asked why it still wasnt approved and was told the max win cant exceed $100...i was outraged that i spoke to multiple reps and none of them told me that thers were certain conditions and would only be able to withdraw $100...i told them to go to h ell ...after cooling down i figured id cancel the withdrawl and withdraw $100 instead of the $790 and make a deposit to mix the rest of my winnings with deposited money thinking then id maybe be able to get the rest of the earnings..but once i withdrew the $100 (which ive still yet to receive btw) the rest of the coins vanished. A wager has to be honored..there's no small print gimmicks in true gambling...this company is a huge scam...they get paid by the crypto currency apps that you have to use to receive the payment they decide they want to pay...I think a class action lawsuit can change the way these sleazy casinos operate...I'd suggest High5Casino..in the time I've waited to get paid from slots of Vegas I've been paid out 6 times with high5...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND RISK GIVING A COMPANY LIKE THIS YOUR PERSONAL INFO. Obviously, from the other reviews, you see this place sucks. I met the outrageous wagering requirement on free spins and I had $100 redeemable. They told me that I played too many free spins in a row without depositing they didn’t give me my money even though it clearly says no deposit required. Scammers I have yet receive my $201.00, I have reported them to the usa.gov. I hope they get shut down. I have learned my lesson with scammers like this website. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

They don’t want to do withdrawal,they will looking for excuses over n over

I was inquiring about making a deposit and then thought I would ask about the withdrawal policy so I didn't have to ask later and the customer service agent went on a power trip and cleared out my entire account balance of $300. Because I used my no deposit bonus from my welcome email. He didn't tell me he was doing that all he said was that I couldn't withdraw. This is after waiting for 2 weeks to get a response email with a link to customer service support chat.

If I could rate them no stars I would. I won 3000 and they said max payout is 2500, and that I needed to verify myself(which I'd already done) so I did. While I waited on verification I played it down some and decided to cash out at 2200 and wait for verification. My documents were verified but then they wanted verification of my payment made to them. I went to download a bank statement for them and the payment was no longer on my account, like they canceled it or something. I have screenshots of my account showing ny payment was made and approved through them, and it most definitely was, otherwise they wouldn't have given me the money to play! The next morning my withdrawal was approved by a manager so I thought everything was good because I showed them the screenshot of my account proving I made payment. Well it's been like a month and nobody will return my emails. Not one. And if I try to contact anyone on the website chat they let me sit there with nobody in front of me and wait, until I can't anymore. Like I stop at an hour or so. Stay clear of these frauds! They are scammers and will not pay out!
