Despite submitting my driver's license and identity verification documents more than 10 times, my verification has continually been denied. Because of this, I have never been able to make a single withdrawal, despite being a paying customer for years. To make matters worse, I constantly receive marketing emails telling me to contact my "VIP Host." After finally reaching out through WhatsApp, I was met with an incredibly unprofessional attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative commented on my recent deposits, stating I had only deposited $38 and implied I was "begging for free money." That is completely unacceptable from someone representing the company's VIP department. After sending me countless emails encouraging me to contact VIP, the only solution they offered was a $40 bonus, while completely ignoring the real issues: repeated verification denials and the fact that I have never been allowed to withdraw any winnings. My experience: • Over $5,000 USD deposited. • Driver's license and verification documents submitted 10+ times. • Never approved for verification. • Never allowed to make a withdrawal. • Constant spam emails pushing me to contact a "VIP Host." • Unprofessional and disrespectful communication from VIP support. This site is horrible like most of them. The actual slots are fine but they always had an excuse to not pay out. I was fighting with them for months trying to get a withdrawal because I deposited with a CC. They wouldn’t do a check. So I had to do a wire transfer. Gave them info on 4 different bank accounts. They rejected all of them. They actually told me to go open an account at another bank and use it for a month then send them a statement and try again. 🤣🤣🤣. Why, so you can deny that one too? They finally let me do a 1 time crypto withdrawal exception that took weeks. And said I would need to be a “crypto depositor” in order to withdrawal through crypto again. So, I was an idiot and made a crypto deposit and won some, Now Im fighting with them AGAIN to do a crypto withdrawal. Every excuse in the book. Copy and paste excuses. Zero stars if possible.

This website is the biggest scam ever, do not waste your money, you will never cash out anything, promise u it's easy for them to take your money but when it comes to withdrawal you have to wait 15+ days and jump threw every hoop they can find for you.

the 1 star reviews are all real slots of vegas casino total scam online casino making up all kind of verification excuses when it comes time to pay you your winnings ..if you deposit to play the system works in seconds to take your money I won over 3K I had to play down $500 I wanted to cash out $2500 and because my bank statement i sent showed a negative balance they told me it has to be above $20 and they need to see transactions on the statement who the hell are they to want to see your business like that I won't ever spend another penny and im going to make a paper trail requesting my withdrawal until I can seek legal action against them

They don’t let you withdraw any winnings without asking for virtually impossible levels of proofs to withdraw. It’s draconian . At one point they clearly stated I had to send them documents from the email address on file, and (you’ll never believe it) the email I’ve used for decades that’s in the memory of every device’s auto populate settings is all of a sudden missing a period between my first and last name, the typo undoubtably caused by whatever bot or person populated the form into which I autofilled my email address when I signed up. They are crooks who ask no questions when they take your money but make you jump hoops to get it. If anyone succeeds, share your secrets! luckily, I only deposited $30, but of course withdrawing my six hundred is just short of showing them a shell of a great grandfather snail to get your money out, which I never was able to accomplish. After numerous attempts to bark up the grapevines of customer service via telephone, email, and chat to receive only euphemistic non-answers involving delay and fake attempts at empathy, I poured over their terms and conditions because I was looking to withdraw my $600 in winnings (which was quite helpful for my financially strained life), talked about a lawsuit out of an emotional reaction, and boom! All of a sudden, I receive an error that their website is not available to access in my country. Really? I had gambled for days on the site. I tried from my laptop, same thing. I haven’t tried from a public computer yet, but my guess is that an attempt to log into my username and email will result the same. I tried a VPN and I could pull the website up, but putting in my username and password would prompt the error, so I sent more emails to Customer Service and I’ve gotten nothing back… the irony lies in the fact that they are still sending me promotional emails about the wonderful experiences and riches I can get on their site! Boy, if it were really that wonderful and not some hack operating a fraudulent business in a fictional WorldWideWonderweb of crooks.

This is the biggest scam. It’s easy to win, but you will not be able to receive your winnings. Customer service will come up with one excuse after another and why not to pay you out. First, they might say that you have to have a crypto account, their crypto account set up is impossible. They then ask you to verify your information with government issued ID, bank statements, deposits that you’ve made into your bank, etc. They will then deny you because they do not do business with your particular bank or financial institution. They will not send you a check because that option is not available at this time. Then I asked to have the money put back into my account so I could continue to play their games. That request was denied because my “winnings“ were not eligible because I had played Baccarat. If this game is on their system, why is it not eligible and why do they not tell you stay away from this site? Slots of Vegas is nothing but a big rip off. when you contact them, they will give you a confirmation number, which is no good. Your messages are only kept for 30 days at a time so unless you print them off, they are erased. And then you have nothing, but of course you’re not getting anything anyway. My original deposit of $30 was put back into my account however I have no access to it other than to play their games which they will not pay out.
