Countless back and forth with the support chat, that “escalates my request” but it seems like it’s just a tactic to get me to be quiet. Update on my last review. The customer service at this casino I will say is top notch. They have always been most helpful and kind even when I wasn't so nice. I finally after 45 days from my request received my money. My only complaint is the withdrawal time.
