Slumber CloudReviews of slumbercloud.com

There's a lot of competition out there for cooling blankets. Slumber Cloud was our first foray, but we actually bought a few competitors products (all in the same $200 price range) to do side-by-side comparison. Slumber Cloud was HORRIBLE compared to the competition. Texture, cooling, filling, weight... it was basically indistinguishable from a $20 comforter from Walmart. Competitors blankets were all fairly similar. JUST Slumber Cloud stuck out as just bad. They only get 2 stars because they did let me return it. Otherwise it would definitely be a 1.

Hello, Overall, I haven't found their mattress pad to be very cooling at all. I wouldn't recommend it for the huge amount of money that it costs. They also sort all their reviews on their site by rating making it almost impossible to read reviews with a lower than 5 star ratings (you have to scroll through pages of old 5 star reviews before you can see new 1/2/3/4 star reviews).

Not good for hot sleepers! The customer service was great but the product was not good. I am a hot sleeper, which is why I got this comforter. But I woke up covered in sweat every night I used this new comforter. Worse than ever before. The duvet cover held the moisture, so when I woke up the cover was damp and it stayed damp ALL DAY! I have had to wash it three times in one week. I am returning it. The buttons on the duvet cover also kept falling off! They were not sewed on well. I had to re-attach two and two more have fallen off since I got it. One fell off right after removing from the package. Do not recommend this product at all, but their customer service person was helpful! I hope this helps someone like me who was convinced by all the reviews on their website that it would be great.

Bought the king comforter. Was on the pricey side. Despite the promise of breathability, the comforter retained more heat and slept hotter than our down comforter from another vendor. I am troubled by hot flashes and was miserable. My husband, who generally sleeps warm but is very happy with our old down comforter, hated how hot the slumber cloud slept. We gave it several trials of a 2-3 nights followed by a return to our old comforter and back to the new again. The Slumber cloud consistently slept much hotter for both of us. It was tantamount to sleeping under plastic. I returned it. Despite the fact that it did NOT perform as promised, I was charged $14 to return it. So the shipping to me was free, but the return shipping for an article that did not perform as promised was not. I kept the mattress pad but would not purchase from this company again......

Delivery took 5 days although it was FedEx. We have a memory foam mattress and purchased this mattress pad for the purpose of cooling as promised on the website. Hasn't made any difference unfortunately - mattress still hot!

Twin XL is not sufficiently wide enough

the product seems ok, but it was delayed in arrival, and I had to pick it up at the PO because it arrived with about $6 postage due. Not what I expect from an Amazon company.
