Customer service by Ms. McFadden was awesome. Yet, I feel that the senior bank officials were biased and pre-judgmental during the "due diligence" after the approval of my business checking and savings accounts. I feel my small business profile was prematurely judged and unfairly deemed to be 'unsuitable". Indeed, a perfect example of prejudice and misjudgment.

Have been with SBB for several years now, and am still delighted with their service. No nonsense bank. Good people. Fast service. Responsive to all my needs and questions. Simple and secure online banking interface. Everything I've needed to run both of my micro businesses. Can't think of any reason to look elsewhere.

Dealing with this bank brings back fond memories of yesteryear, when you actually knew your banker by name. The service is amazing and personal, the online interface easy to use and there are no fees! I'm almost hesitant to write such a glowing review for fear that a rush of customers might change the wonderful banking experience I have been enjoying so far.
