Easy to get ahold of an actual person with the authority and ability to address concerns. Quick shipping, and our babies love the hay!

Arrived on time. Hay is fresh and green. My guinea pig loves the second cutting hay.

Great customer service, if it is wrong, they fix it. Fast speedy service. Tracking numbers sent and followed through all the way. Fantastic company to work with.

I loved the box the hay came in. Sir Fluffingtons castle will be BunBuns new hideout. By the way he just loves the hay! Dove into the oat hay box and did not want to leave. The Timothy and orchard hay look wonderful. Also he turns out to be a big fan of the Forage Rounds and the Flower Forage Bar. Thank you from one happy rabbit.

Everything arrived in a timely manner as expected.
