Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

I recieved my first order of hay through small pet select recently. When I opened the box I was surprised and absolutely heartened to find a lovely slate plaque printed with pictures of guinea pigs and a homely message including the name of my two guinea pigs! I put the name of my two pigs in when I set up my account but never expected such a lovely personal gift! It brought tears to my eyes and now sits on display at my fur baby's habitat! The hay I ordered is also the greatest quality Ive ever found, and its made two piggies extremely happy! I am happy to be ordering again in the future! Thank you for such a thoughtful business!

Amazing customer service. Super speedy shipping and handling. Great quality product at very reasonable prices. Honestly, you can’t ask for anything more.

I placed my first order with Small Pet Select recently. The order arrived, they hay was perfect! I didn’t open it up right away, but had noticed that something I had ordered was missing from the shipment. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly! They were kind, and knowledgeable about my personal order. They explained that they try to minimize shipping waste and that the missing item could be found safely packed in the box of hay! Sure enough Inopened the box and there it was! Along with a very sweet welcome note and a special personalized gift! Wow! I was so very impressed with each and every step with this order! This is a company that cares! About the environment and most of all cares about its customer’s experience and goes the extra mile to deliver terrific customer service! I will definitely recommend Small Pet Select to my friends and family!

WOW! Can I give more than 5 stars? My Willow CANNOT get enough of this hay! I've NEVER seen her eat all of her hay in a day, but with Small Pet Select that's exactly what she does. Every time I go to feed her she even jumps in the box and starts eating. I also ordered the mixed salad and sprinkle that on top of her hay and she devours it. I will NEVER use anything but Small Pet Select. I've been waiting on this email so that I could let everyone know about this company. It's like night and day compared to what's out there on the market. THANK YOU Small Pet Select!!!!

The hay is, as always, excellent. However, this is the first time it shipped from a far-distant location (Louisville) instead of Phoenix. Which means it took several extra days to arrive.

Customer service was super quick in correcting my order . Shipped out item asap !
