I have been ordering bunny hay and treats approximately every 4-6 weeks from Small Pet Select for many years now. I very very rarely have any issues (only two in almost ten years), but they have been resolved rapidly and to my extreme satisfaction.

The 3rd cutting wasn't as green and as soft as with previous purchases. Also Rosie, didn't chow down as quickly and eagerly as usual. But it was still good and Rosie eventually got into it.
