My senior cat acts like a kitten again. Her IBS seems resolved.

While my cat didn’t like the food, the customer service folks were great about helping me cancel my subscription. The food arrived very well packed and with detailed instructions on how to introduce the new food to your cat. I just have a very picky cat.

I love the healthier option for fresh wet food with proper good ingredients. I wish there was option for weight control and more non-bird options. For some reason my fur babies not like the bird. Why? Love the free treats - well my fur babies do! Meow!

I missed the “your order is about to ship and now is the time to make changes” email, my order was ready to ship but I didn’t need product just yet. I got ahold of customer service and they stopped the order, rescheduled it for two weeks later and refunded the order without any issues.

The company is great and the food appears to be good quality. However after trying all of the recommended tips and tricks, my 2 cats sniff all of the flavors and walk away :(

My cat, Mo, absolutely loves Smalls cat food, especially the Smooth Bird flavor! He gets so excited in anticipation of mealtime that he can hardly contain himself. It makes me so happy to see how much he enjoys his food, and I feel good knowing that he’s getting nutritious, high-quality food, too. Smalls is a win-win for both of us.

The food has helped one of my cats health wise. She had stomach issues and the quality of the food really helped calm her stomach. I love the email and text communication about preparing and shipping. I like that I can change the amounts and variety.
