The experience has been great, I just wish my cat liked the food the most.

Delivery and product is great, but a little pricey!

Great food that kitty loves and timeliness of orders, notifications, options to manage orders and adjusting deliveries, but it's so much packaging, especially the restock shipments. I'm hoping to find a local fresh pet food deli to switch too but this is working for now. Thank you!

Great company and quality food. Easy to postpone or reschedule deliveries. My picky cat absolutely loves the food.

First, customer service is so insanely quick, professional, and helpful. I feel like i’m talking to a real person that cares! Second, the product offering is amazing. The food quality is high and my cats really love it. Had to get slow feeders to calm them down. I also like the cost/product. I’m willing to spend a little more to get them quality meals that are delivers to my door. I don’t think this is a negative, but my cats only like one flavor ha ha ha

My cats are getting used to Smalls and I love that their feces doesn't stink!
