I have contacted customer service because a handle of our Smart Trike Swing broke off. Since my son loved his trike, I decided to contact customer service. Mr Shlomit was very helpful and responded promptly to my e-mails. After sending pictures of the damage, he offered me a replacement bike. The bike arrived in 5 working days in Europe, where we live. Once again, I would like to thank Mr. Shlomit and the rest of the customer service for their kindness - you are rhe best! Overall, I highly recommend this company!

Wir haben das Smartfold 700 für unseren Knirps gekauft und es hat ein Teil gefehlt. Problem dabei war, dass es bei einem Restpostenhändler gekauft wurde und somit war eine "klassische" Reklamation nicht möglich. Ich habe dann per Mail Kontakt mit Smartrike aufgenommen und konnte ohne Umstände das fehlende Teil für einen sehr günstigen Preis (inkl. Versand) nachbestellen. Der zuständige Bearbeiter (Mr.Alexander) war sehr bemüht und hat auch immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet. Der Versand ging dann auch sehr rasch und das Teil passt wie angegossen. Gutes Service! We bought the Smartfold 700 for our toddler and it was missing a part. The problem was that it was bought from a residual stock dealer and so a "classic" complaint was not possible. So I contacted Smartrike by email and it was able to order the messing part without any circumstances and for a very reasonable price (including shipping). The responsible person (Mr. Alexander) tried very hard and always replied very promptly. The shipping went very quickly and the part fits perfectly. Good service
