I've used SmartScout for a number of months now and love it! I mainly use it to find out data on my clients competitors. The brand insights feature is brilliant and enjoy using he chrome extension.

This is quite scam. Shame on you. The chrome extension does not work and says the server is down. I wanted to estimate sales for some competitors and paid 20 Euros, but wasted my time and money. If you want to steal other's money, there are better ways... Stay away of these scammers....

Hey Behzad, we have a 7 day money back guarantee. We are sorry that you didn't have a good experience. Our customer service team would be happy to look in your situation. The Chrome Extension itself is currently free. You also must have jumped into the application. Happy to assist further!

I would like to share with everyone about my customer service experience. I received assistance from Henry who is one of the reps for this company and he provided excellent service. I am pleased to say that if you need any assistance they will be more than happy to assist you. Great Job!

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are talking about The person who runs this is named Scott. Scott has been in contact with me and they've listened to me when I said some things weren't working right they are so very kind and helpful actually a really great company. I've had some software from companies that do things with Amazon that have been absolutely rude and disrespectful. I think this tactical arbitrage and source mogul have had some really decent owners that are very respectful. It's a good software for certain things and it's also affordable which seems to be a problem with some of the softwares. Try it out with a free trial and just cancel before renewal I've had no problems of being charged when I've canceled.

SmartScout auto-renewed my annual subscription without informing me (reminding customer of this is customary in SaaS world). I contacted them for a refund but they refused to give one. Avoid at all costs.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We just wanted to add some context here. We did inform you in our Terms of Use about the nature of these charges, which you agreed to. We also received no communication for any sort of cancelation or discontinuation of the service prior to the renewal. As such, we were not able to offer a refund, out of fairness to our other customers. We have gone in and set your account to cancel at the end of the current period so that no further charges come up. Thank you and have a nice day.

Auto-renewed with no prior notification. When I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, Henry blew me off and basically said sorry, I don't care that you aren't in the Amazon business and never use the application, I'm taking your money anyway. This company is a complete ripoff artist. Beware!

Hello Rick. We just wanted to add some clarification here. We informed you during our conversation that all of the details regarding our billing were included in the Terms of Use that you agreed to upon signing up. Unfortunately, the payment was already over 10 days old at the time of your first message, meaning we really had no ability to bend any policies and offer you the refund, out of fairness to our other customers. We fully upheld our end of the bargain. SmartScout always strives to be as upstanding as possible with our customers, while still adhering to our policies. Thank you, and have a nice day.

Well, when I saw the Traffic Graph for the first time, I was SOOOO impressed! The “ad spy” feature and the opportunity to analyze pretty much everything about your competitors is available. I absolutely love Smart Scout and I use it a lot!
