Hose does not work. First night below freezing, and it froze up.

Ordered garden hose reversing kit. Received 1/8 male pipe to 1/8 tubing connectors. Emailed the seller and never got a response. Had to reorder from someone else.

The temperature sensor wouldn't fit in the box with the extension cord plugs attached. When pulling the extension cord plugs out of the temperature sensor the whole sensor fell apart. Threw the box and the sensor away, not worth the effort to return. Just hope the heated hose isn’t junk as well but won’t know until freezing temperature.

We pride ourselves in customer service and we would have replaced the broken item and given directions on how to fit Add-A-Stat in the SockITBox without hesitation.
