Another scam business with tricks to get customers to continuously pay future monthly shipments by use of small prints so it's not easily detectable. DO NOT fall for Smileactive.

Never received order from December 20, 2023. I discovered that I was signed up for recurring orders (subscription) without my permission. When I tried to contact Smileactives, my emails were immediately blocked.

This company is totally unethical - see the BBB reviews. DO NOT ORDER. If you order the trial set you automatically get entered into a 90 days subscription that charges you $58 every month for 3 months, even if you cancel and don't receive any more product. Everyone gets tricked by this and despite all the bad reviews their practice continues. They do not let you cancel. And the product doesn't work.

I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription; I NEVER sign up for subscriptions. A month after I received what I thought was a one-time trial purchase, I noticed another charge from that company. I called and cancelled my account. A month later I got yet another charge. This is no way to do business. With effort I got them to remove the third charge. But don't use this product!

If i could give zero I would. Scam billing i've tried to cancel no less than five times.

Rip Off subscription billing

I contacted this company at least 4 different times and never received the product. I don't believe they exist. I really wanted to try the product, but never heard from them again or ever.

I cancelled auto delivery the day I ordered the intro product. I then received the first auto shipment. I called and they claimed they had no notice of the auto cancellation. I then returned the product for credit and after one month have not received my credit. The product absolutely made no difference. Do not deal with this company!!!
