I have tried to cancel my subscription, but you make it difficult. I don't want any more of this product. It has not made a difference for my teeth.
Response from Smileactives· Oct 1, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Carol, and we’re sorry for the trouble with your product results and account updates. We would like to address your account immediately and make sure you are taken care of. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 1‑800‑207‑8952, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, so we can assist you directly.

Have not received a September or a June and order and possibly another last Fall.
Response from Smileactives· Oct 1, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Robert. We apologize for the concern regarding your delivery timeline and account schedule. To clarify, each 3-month supply is split into three monthly installments, so charges often reflect a payment for an existing shipment rather than a new order. Our team would be glad to review your complete account history with you to ensure all past deliveries and billing details are clear and up to date. Kindly contact us at 1‑800‑207‑8952, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, so we can assist you directly.
