My tech, Carlos M., showed up at my house in Houston on time and with a smile on his face. He was able to walk me through all of my concerns and came up with solutions on the spot. He was knowledgeable of the contract and contract terms and was able to explain everything. His training on the new equipment was very good. Because of the care I received today from Carlos, I have confidence that choosing Smith Monitoring was the right move for my family.

The tech (Pete) was great.....He went over the system and answered any questions we had. He was very pleasant and fun to talk with. I recommend Smith Monitoring to anyone....The service and price is great.....The service I signed up for was more than what I needed, the tech recommended what I needed and it was actually cheaper.
