We had Smith Thompson update and monitor our home alarm system several months ago. The installer was quick, friendly and assisted us with all the paperwork. I had Smith Thompson install an alarm in my house about a month and half ago. I called and they where very professiona, they got me in the following week and took 10 minuites to install as I had a system that was compatible with theirs. The price is unbeatable. I already recommended a friend to their services. Very pleased.
