snapmailbox lost my package and still wants 10$/month while they have "issues" My package was delivered on 12th of June according to tracking. But package was never added to my account and snapmailbox still wants to charge me 10$ / month while they have "issue" with their "distribution center" My main message here: initiate investigation and find my package asap, my addr is SMB47941

Hello Christopher, I am sorry to hear that you were not able to receive the package you were expecting to receive. I am more than willing to help you further in all possible ways. I have reviewed your conversation with one of our agents and found that the package you were looking for was actually returned to the sender. The UPS website shows it was delivered on June 12, but it was returned to the sender on June 23, 2023. I wish I could give you more information as to why it was returned; however, the UPS website did not provide any reasons why. You can check the shipment's history using the link below: https://www.ups.com/track?track=yes&trackNums=1Z4556F14241758010&loc=en_US&requester=ST/trackdetails I'd be more than glad to compensate you for the charges you mentioned, but upon checking your account, there haven't been any payments made since all the charges did not go through due to the card issuer declining them.
