Really just want to save people a big hassle, headache. I've reached out to them about my missing mail for 2 weeks almost everyday Mon-Fri the amount of stress this has caused me is unbelievable they tell me numerous days to rest assured we will contact our processing facility, post office and see what the issue is... never received an update after the sweet talk.. !!!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! THE ADDRESS PROVIDED TO A CUSTOMER IS NOT THE ACTUAL ADDRESS WHERE MAIL GETS SCANNED ETC ETC... GETS RESHIPPED TO TEXAS FACILITY...ONE PEICE OF MAIL WILL TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 10-16 DAYS TO REACH YOU ON YOUR VIRTUAL INBOX VERY IMPORTANT!!! AM A 69 OLD MALE WHO EXPECTS IMPORTANT MAIL TO KEEP UP WITH MY LIFE THIS HAS TOTALLY MADE LIFE HELL FOR ME AND THERE'S NO ACTION BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY TO FIND THE WARE ABOUT OF MY MAIL I CANT DO ANYTHING AT THIS POINT BUT TO "REST ASSURED".
