We are sorry we were unable to assist you in placing an order today. Customer placed an order on our website and selected Crypto option as payment method. He then created a ticket to cancel the order, of which we promptly did. Our payment methods are made very visible on our website and during checkout. As a business, we do not accept PayPal, but only Credit Cards (Stripe which is a global company handles our processing) in addition to Crypto (Via Bitpay). We are sorry these did not meet your expectations. We wish you the best of luck finding a hosting provider in the future. Very saddened by your one star review.

Sorry to hear you experienced issues ordering services from our website. There are several reasons you can be flagged as fraud, most of which can be resolved by creating a ticket. More often than not, fraud status on an order originates from the customer using fake information, a VPN during purchase, or another hosting company blacklisting you because of prior abuse, fraud, or malicious intent. All of which we can assist you with, but appears we weren't given an opportunity to address. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
