Website is less than honest about shipping. I'm not even sure they do ship. It appears they charge your card, create a shipping label, provide tracking numbers, but do not ship. Ten days after placing my order, neither UPS or USPS have record of the tracking numbers provided by snowverb. I definitely recommend staying away from this company. I'm guessing they are selling stuff that still sitting on a ship from China - or just taking our money.

Received a 2 piece suit set for Christmas, it was damaged on the inside seam upon arrival (poor quality sewing) and they wouldn’t allow me to return or exchange for a different one. They said it had “been inspected before it left the warehouse so it couldn’t have been torn.” They offered $69 back which was basically useless since the suit ended up being nearly $300. Terrible return policies.

Purchased snowpants as a gift that are too small and 3 days after Christmas am told I can't return them because the window for returns is 7 days after delivery. Unacceptable!

Absolutely horrible experience ordering from them. First they charged me for an item they were “out of stock on” and then tried to get me to pay additional for the same type of jacket. I shouldn’t have to pay to replace an item you charged me for before checking your inventory. Then, they send me the other item in the order but their sizing is all wrong. I ordered a 2XL men’s snowboarding pants for my fiancé and it looks like it could fit a child and now they won’t let me return or exchange. They are an awful company and I will never be ordering from them again.

Took payment immediately and didn't ship for over two weeks. All products listed as 'in stock'. Missed the targeted delivery date by 3 days Even had numerous email exchanges with the company assuring me that they would faithfully deliver before the trip Will not purchase from again

Because I don't want anyone to have trouble buying products and services from this website due to low quality products at this price and contacting us. to return items that are very difficult and inconvenient Emails back and forth for 5-6 days until they get it and have to be responsible for the return cost. So I want to warn people who want to order products on this website. Please consider carefully before ordering.

I paid TAXES 60e for something worth 200. Unbelievable.

Read other people's experiences with the company so decided not to buy from snowverb . Thanks USA for saving my $ 200.
