Dear Barbara, Thanks for your review and letting us know that your expectations were not met. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known that you did not receive my emailed reply to your inquiry about returns along with the attached return label that was emailed to you 3/21. It may have landed in your junk email folder and that's likely why you didn't see my reply. The return postage label was emailed to you again just now, 3/29. Please check your junk email. Just for further information regarding the puppy, you CAN heat the entire stuffed animal without removing the heating pack. It is not recommended because of the size of the larger stuffed animals and because they will pick food scents from the microwave if it isn't clean. They should be heated in 30-second increments so they aren't overheated. Again, we are more than happy to issue a refund as soon as the puppy arrives back to us. Warm Wishes, Celeste

In more than 10 years in business, this is the first time we've had any issues with a heating pad being defective. We will certainly alert the manufacturer as well.
