Did not receive. Was returned due to insufficient address but address was not insufficient

Dear Mark, We have issued you a full refund. We can only ship a product to the address provided and have no control over what the post office does. I'm sorry that you chose not to respond to my 3 emails and 2 phone calls trying to clarify why the Post Office couldn't deliver your package so we could reship your order.

Amazing customer service! I put in the wrong zip code so my order got returned to them. When I realized my mistake, I asked them to reship my order and I would be happy to pay for shipping. Instead they express shipped my order so my granddaughter was able to open her snuggable for Christmas and she loved it! She didn’t put it down the whole afternoon. I highly recommend the Snuggables and the company.

These snuggable animals are perfect for my grand kids on cold nights. It helps them sleep better. They are nice and soft and best of all - washable (when the heat packets are removed). The only thing that would make them better is for the heat packets to be bigger so they'd stay warm longer.

Excellent thought on the bigger heating packs! Some of the pouches of the smaller animals will hold a larger pack. We will work on adding that option to those products that can be adapted.
