I like the course, I've done it twice because there is a lot of information. I feel I've improved my social skills since I started it. The format of few videos, excercices and motivation makes it a really good course.

At first, I was skeptical. The money-back guarantee gave me some confidence that this course was reputable. I decided to try it. The techniques taught help me to overcome being socially inept. These techniques really work so long as you apply them. I finished the program. My confidence is stronger when it comes to socially interacting. I'm definitely a work in progress. Hence, I'm going to listen again, execute, and perfect. I hope this helps you in determining if this course is right for you!

Very helpful course in short videos. I actually am fairly social and don't have trouble interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds and in different situations. I don't have problems starting conversations with strangers either. However, so much info in this course helped me shift my actions and my awareness so that I could think about what it is that I wanted in engaging with other people (my motivation). It helped me get out of the "always the listener mode" with some people. Also, there are definitely situations in which I don't have confidence or feel anxious, and the course helped highlight why that might be and what to do about it. I also found that reading other people's comments raised my awareness into what others might be thinking and feeling and that increased my empathy.

The course teaches you things that you think you know already, but then you discover you never put so much attention on them. You have the opportunity to actively doing what is needed to become a better talker and listener, and how to deepen your relations.

This course has solid advice for people with social anxiety. It’s more helpful than the two different therapists that I saw and books that I have read because it is practical advice that can be used easily day-to-day with a theoretical framework behind it.
