I used the free version for years and it worked great. Once they created the universal license I was never able to copy another video. I am not very tech-savvy but this is ridiculous. I was never able to log on and there is no support to get help. I feel like I was cheated by paying for a subscription that didn't work.
Response from Softorino· Feb 25, 2025
Hi Bill, we’re sorry to hear about this. You should definitely be able to log in and use your subscription without any issues. Our support team is happy to help—please email us at [email protected], and we’ll make sure you get everything working properly.

I have been using some of these products for many years, at least 5, honestly, I can't remember how long it's been, but if they were crap, I would be able to tell you the date/time of download and disappointment to the minute/second. I especially like the folder colorizer!
Response from Softorino· Feb 25, 2025
Hey, Laura! This review made us smile! Thanks for your support, and enjoy Folder Colorizer!

Softorino makes great, innovative, software. So many clever products in the library. Get a universal licence and enjoy all the cool tools they offer. My two favorites are Waltr and Beemer.
