Was initially skeptical but turned out to be an excellent service. The service was so efficient and the recommendations were spot on.

In a world of many software options, it was nice to be able to explain our needs and Software Advice did the legwork. While I had done some research on my own and talked to a few companies, Software Advice narrowed down our options to 3 companies that might serve our needs. We ended up choosing 1 of the 3 and are in the process of implementation now.

I have used Capterra to help me decide which way to go so many times I couldn't begin to count. This time was different. There were too many options and I couldn't make sense of all of it. So I did the unthinkable and asked for help. The REAL PEOPLE at Capterra (Software Advice) listened to my situational details and narrowed down the options to 4 instead of a hundred. The craziest part is two of the options did not have the number one criteria that I required yet but both were in private development of that option to be released this year. Amazing! They were looking at everything and super forward looking. I ended up selecting one of the options presented to me and it really has been great! I will continue to use Capterra when I need to compare software and programs.

Software Advice was instrumental in helping us find the best donor management system for our small nonprofit. Their guides -- both the people and the website -- made comparing the vendors easy to manage so that we were able to make our decision in a timely and transparent manner.

This was a one stop shop for me to research the options out there. An advisor helped us assess our needs and then suggested CRMs. This allowed us to narrow down our search.

This organization appears to be deeply connected to Trustradius. They use exactly the same Review form - complete with exactly the same questions and options. Trustradius.com

Thank you for your feedback. Neither Software Advice nor its affiliate have any connection with TrustRadius. Many sites which collect reviews about products and services ask the same questions since consumers are looking for the same information, however, we set ourselves apart with our in-depth QA and verification process. If you have any questions about our reviews collection process, please feel free to email our Reviews team at [email protected]

Initial call was fine. I wanted advice on a short list of accounting software options I could look into. The after-effect is like signing yourself up for spam. Multiple auto sales emails every day from some of these companies. Plus multiple daily phone calls from vendors (even though I asked to receive only emails). Overall, I can't recommend and wouldn't use again.
