An attorney I work for recently went into private practice and needed to find software to handle his time entries and billing. There were so many options online it was overwhelming. I came across Softwareadvice.com on my hunt and spoke with Roberto. He was so helpful. I explained the situation and he quickly identified five vendors he thought might work for our needs. He set up informational appointments with two and helped me get in touch with a third. Within days, I had demo calls with three of them and found the perfect fit--Practice Panther. Roberto and Software Advice saved me so much time and it didn't cost a dime. I couldn't be more thrilled with their service.

Roberto REALLY listened to my situation and responded accordingly. Great follow-up. Wound up signing up for one of the software providers he recommended. Nothing high pressure at all. Great selection of recommended software platforms, all very reliable according to the reviews of them that I read to pre-screen.

Not sure how I got to them. I was on Capterra and their chat led me to them. They called and listened to me (I thought). Which apps I was looking at and comparing. What I wanted, what plugins, what monthly cost. Then sent me two recommendations that I didn’t ask and never told me anything about the two apps I asked about. I am sure I will now be harassed by companies I had no interest in talking to. Pity.
