A great help in choosing a program that may the needs of my business.

None of the suggestions were a good fit either in functionality or financial or both. Getting any of the companies to respond was also a nightmare. I had to contact each of them more than twice just to call a call scheduled. Also the Demo were not helpful and the experiences were so disappointing. I am assuming it’s because it is a post pandemic world but it was painful.

This online service was very helpful and they provided great information and access to insights to help my decision. I really love the software they recommended, Housecall Pro - very intuitive! I would recommend Software Advice to any company that wants great industry insights and assistance growing their business.

I specifically stated I did not want my contact info shared with software sellers and that I would review the suggestions. I was immediately contacted by five software sales people via email and phone.

Points for fast response time, setting up a consultation ASAP. Beyond that, it was obvious to me that the recommended CRM platform was a new product, not from a trustworthy company, and was not an option I wanted to consider. It was laughable. When I expressed that to my advisor, they didn't provide another recommendation. So, the experience was really just a waste of my time considering software that wasn't a viable option for me. They didn't solve for my pain point: wanting/needing a trustworthy knowledge partner to provide some guidance during the software decision/purchase making process, so that I can make the best investment possible for my org.

Software is great!! They quickly gather several software that would fit my business, and all very reputable with tons of experience. Made the ability to pick best one for business fit super simple!! Excellent customer service!
