It was not terrible. They we quick to respond. However, I have unsubscribed and and you are still sending emails. I actually thought that I perhaps did not unsubscribe, so I went to unsubscribe and its asking me to re-subscribe. I have changed the rating form 3 to 4 based on quick response and correcting the error.

I was happy with the advice that was given it was a help to me to find the software I needed.
