Not only does the artist make absolutely gorgeous pieces, along with that they are always improving their designs to be the best they can and listening to other people's input, very receptive to anyone who has any questions about their handcrafted pieces,has replaced my damaged pieces, (soldered jewelery is very easy to break when dropped or anything of the sort)always asks other people for new design ideas, and has extremely fair prices,my absolute favorite jewelry artist 10/10
