This company should not be allowed to trade. Wish I had read reviews. Purchased a dress which they overcharged for, they refunded that. The dress is cheap , and a lot smaller than measurements said - I contacted to advise product not as advertised, and that they have copied another shops design. They are refusing to refund , stating high freight charges, then suggested I gift it to someone, now £3 compensation. I have raised an issue with PayPal to see if I can get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a trouser suit which took 6 weeks to arrive. It was £23. When it arrived it has a very visible mark on the front which means I cannot wear it. They will not take it back, saying postage is too expensive and they offered a £5 refund. E mails are getting ruder and ruder. 100% do not buy from this company

DO NOT,I repeat DO NOT buy anything from 5hem My dress took ages to come,so missed event I wanted to wear it to. When it arrived,although I ordered per their measurement guides,the item was far too short.Imposdible to return them...they suggested I gift it to someone else!🤷‍♀️😡🤷‍♀️Absolutely diabolical shopping experience with them

Don’t buy Dress was so small not what was ordered and was told oh perhaps give it to a friend then £2 was offered as compensation Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately I didn’t check these reviews before ordering. Similar experience to others. Item looks nothing like the garment advertised. Took 6 weeks to arrive. It’s a cheap tatty copy & they are refusing a refund/return. Been battling with them by email for 2 weeks!! ⭐️DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY⭐️

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering.. took ages to come and the item I ordered is too small even tho I went by their size guide.. to return it I would have to pay shipping to get it back to where ever it came from ( who knows!) and that would probably be more than the item itself… Don’t use them unless you want to wait ages and you’re absolutely sure the item will fit

I ordered 3 items and they have all come up short or to small even though I allowed extra room as per their size guide. I went through a British website but it turns out to be from China. They add extra vat etc on at checkout and are now threatening me with high freight charges and low buy back rate if I want to return the items.
