I ordered a pair of sunglasses two weeks ago, I haven’t received any shipping updates and I am starting to worry if I bought from a fake company/website.
Response from Solstice Sunglasses· Sep 16, 2026
Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern about not seeing shipping updates and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. This specific frame typically has a processing timeframe of 10–14 business days before shipment, and your order is still within that timeframe. We are actively working to get it shipped as soon as possible. Once it ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. We appreciate your patience and hope to provide you with a smooth experience from here on.

Good pricing but absolutely the slowest fulfillment i have ever experienced. Has taken over two weeks to ship an "in stock" single pair of sunglasses. Still not here. Have witten to customer service multiple times, get a response of "a few more business days" each time. Won't order from here again.

Service met my expectation with the exception that you have the billing and shipping addresses reversed.

My glasses still haven’t arrived, but it says it was delivered
Response from Solstice Sunglasses· Sep 16, 2026
Hi, We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the delivery status. The Shop App may sometimes display an incorrect or confusing status. According to our records, your order has not yet been delivered and is still within the expected 7–10 business day timeframe from the date it shipped. You received a shipping confirmation with the tracking information, and we’re continuing to monitor the shipment until it reaches you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
