always amazing service top of the line professionals

Kenneth is an incredible deep tissue massage therapist. He even used percussive therapy to get into challenging areas. Booking process was easy and straightforward.

I would not recommend Soothe. I scheduled a massage and OVER an hour later they contacted me telling me that they were still working to find me a therapist. Meanwhile, I already rescheduled and was currently getting a massage. My therapist shook the entire time. I feel as if he had no experience, yet claimed to have been doing it for 30+ years. He used a shampoo bottle for his lotion and the sheets smelled weird and not new or freshly washed.

Massage therapist was on time, professional and very skilled. A great experience. The app was easy to use and informative.

Therapists are good and willing to work with you. Process can take a while and you aren't guaranteed that someone will be available.

Booked a massage and paid. They waited till the time of it just to call me to say that they didn’t have someone to send if I wanted to reschedule.... What a service....zero professional... I should have called someone else
