These insoles are amazing! Previously, I couldn't wear the same shoe 2 days in a row because of foot pain. Once I switched to these insoles, I can now wear the same pair of shoes day after day without pain! I love them!

The inserts raised my feet up too much into the top and toe of my shoes.
Response from Soul Insole· Jan 4, 2025
Hi Cindy! We are so sorry to hear that our Base Orthotics took up too much space in your shoes. Do your shoes have a removable liner? Full length orthotics are designed to replace the original footbed/liner that comes inside the shoes. We have a different product for tighter fitting shoes and shoes that do not have a removable liner. We would love to speak with you and learn more about what's going on with your feet so that we can help. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you are welcome to return the insoles that you have for a refund. Or, if we can learn more about your needs, we would be happy to help provide guidance towards a product that would be better suited for your feet and your shoes. Please give us a chance to turn your experience around into a positive one! [email protected]

The insoles are probably fine for someone with no foot injuries or issues. The insoles are cushy and the ability to modify them with stick on adjustments sounded promising. Unfortunately, these insoles have not provided any relief for my Morton's Neuroma. I've tried the insoles in several different pairs of shoes with no improvement to my foot pain. But, truly - excellent insoles for someone with healthy, normal feet.

Hi April! Sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with our insoles. It does sound like your foot ailment is more severe. We recommend adding on extra ramps, or combining them with our Shoe Bubble orthotics to increase the thickness and increase offloading of pressure. Placement is also key in these situations. For a Morton's Neuroma, you want to place the ramps so that the front edge drops off right before your pain point. Please give us a chance to work with you and to create a customized solution for your feet. We are here to help you! [email protected]

The insert took some of the pressure off the ball of my foot. That relieved some of the pain.
