I got a quick and personal response to my questions to them about a sterling Schnauzer I want for my memory necklace I already have. They referred to my dog by name, who I had mentioned, in my request to buy the dog charm only. I love the personal touch! Now I’ll be looking for that precious reminder of the best dog ever!
Response from Soulyshine· Oct 16, 2026
