Imposible to make them give me access to my artist with the songs uploaded by jumbstr. It have cost me two month payment of wasted money.

I completely understand the 1.3 rate here. This site is just to taking the money, no support at all. Tried to upload songs but keep erroring. There is an error but why is it for, what is happening, whats wrong, no more details, you can spend all day here, never gonna get answer and wont upload your tracks. Such a timewasting site, stay away, many other options on the market

Rather than addressing the enquiry, they requested I re-articulate it, as though my time and patience were irrelevant. The tone was dismissive, the engagement perfunctory, and the entire experience a masterclass in inefficiency. For a platform of SoundCloud’s reach, this level of incompetence is not merely disappointing — it is astonishing.

Ive been using Soundcloud for about 5 years. I appreciate access to new artists and music. I decided to upgrade to artist subscription last year because I wanted to update my tracks and now regret it. The platform actually became worse, not better, after I paid for a subscription. More annoying ads, less engagement and now every time I log on I get a cookies opt in notices, which was not happening when I had the free acct. Serious disincentive to use the app or continue my subscription. Such a bummer that soundcloud could not figure out a way to scale without driving users away. Oh well Silas

Haven't been able to log in for months as there stupid 2FA system never gave me any codes. Soundcloud support is non existent.

trying to cancel my subs and Soundcloud make it impossible to cancel!! What SH.T COMPANY!!!! each help page has different text at to whats actually on your subs page! F...king robbers! once Ive worked out how to cancel, I will not be coming back!

Cette entreprise est très facile pour s'inscrire comme artiste indépendant , encore plus facile pour mettre ses chansons et prendre un abonnement ... Mais les problèmes commencent quand on veut monétiser ses chansons. Ils veulent des preuves alors que ces mêmes chansons étaient jadis en streaming sans aucuns problèmes. Comme d'autres distributeurs escrocs ils veulent des preuves de samplers , etc ... alors que je n'en utilisent jamais. Bref ma monétisation a été rejetée. C'est rigolo comme les escrocs agissent tous pareils quand il faut payer les artistes. Allez voir ailleurs ne perdez pas votre temps et argent avec ce genre d'entreprise vénale.

Je viens de m'inscrire sur Soundcloud. Comme tout artistes j'ai mis plusieurs morceaux de musiques. Je bénéficie donc d'un boost d'audience de plusieurs jours ... mais chez Soundcloud les jours passent vite et je vois ces jours diminué à vue d'oeil comme l'audience. Je résilie donc mon abonnement qui n'est qu'une grosse arnaque. Et au revoir.
