The guy that runs the shop is super nice and helpful. He explained everything in detail from renting the chair to how to use it which I appreciated. Will definitely use this place again in the future if it's necessary. I recommend coming here for your medical supply needs!

I have used Sound several times and they are always easy to deal with. In this case I needed a wheelchair on a Saturday when they were closed. They made a special trip to the office to allow me to get the chair. Wonderful customer response.
