Re: For sure one of the worst anti collaborative/incorrect/infamous dirty frauder digital Music distributor as many others especially anglo american/european/russian/georgian ones, etc., because for example as labelworx they block or close arbitrily your account for any kind of reasons, but Instead to remove all Contents/Ep/Albums/Tracks, etc., they continue unpunishly/unforgivably semi secretly keeping illegitimately everything released on distribution, they have not the honour/dignity and courage to reply/justify, but fraudly they continue earning illegally all Music connected Money and Royalties in collusion with the corrupt/frauders Digital Music stores and the criminal/collused conspirators politicized/miliitarized collecting Rights societies, etc., who are even fraudly falsifying cyber terroristically algoritmically everything in all internet/sites/socials/Digital Music distribution even to diminish/obscure/rob unduly/damage Artístically and to impede Labels/Majors requests for Compilations/Remixes too. So they known they don't merit any respect/legitimation/forgiveness/justification as all others who violate unpunishly all kinds of Rights Constitutional/International/Universal too, because nobody can permit to fraud/damage/rob appropriate unduly criminally unpunishly the intellectual Property/Productions and connected huge amount Music connected Money and Royalties, evidently they are psycho sicks of minds not only frauders/undue robbers, anyway sooner or later they'll have to refund/pay/correspond/liquidate me millions dollars/euro for all retroactive and new huge amount Music connected Money and Royalties and for all continuative Artistic/Musical/Moral/Discographic/Ecomic and Biological damages, because can't be tolerated these kind of fraudlent/criminal attitudes as it was the normality of a temporary national/international/supranational politicized/militarized lucrative subversive totalitarian regime, in fact I'm really 100% bored about all Digital Music distributors/stores/collecting Rights societies, etc., and it will be a Supreme boomerang for all even politically, dot.

Absolute scam

The cover songs are affordable, wonderful. You can't get in touch with anyone. Your songs never get approved because they are understaffed. I asked for a refund, and I heard from people immediately for that. Disappointing. I thought I could use them again, as they once had perfectly friendly human service and faster turnaround. No, closed my account.

I gave it a chance a while back even though it had bad reviews. But now I know why! To send a release, it all seems ok, but it is not! Until one wants to make changes. I have been trying to have my new artwork updated for my release for over 2 months now, to no avail. What angers me the most is that supposedly the AI chat opens a ticket for a human assistant; still, they make it look as if one is replying with a human, and it is not true! How do I know this? In one of the replies, I sent a video of the steps I took inside the Soundrop platform to show that they have issues at their end; then, in their supposedly human reply, there was no mention of a message appearing. Then I started thinking, is this a human or a machine, so I asked that question in my reply, and the answer was that I was conversing with a machine and not a human! There should be an entity online that should ban Soundrop from doing business as a music distributor!

i released my first single over 2 months ago, and 1 week after release, i asked to change my file. they replied 1 and a half weeks ago saying that the file had been changed and 1 week ago that the song will be distributed to stores. stores usually take from 1-3 days to approve, but after a week they still haven’t put it on any platform except iTunes/apple music and deezer. i don’t think it will ever get onto spotify, amazon music, yt music etc… use something else, like symphonic, or ANYTHING else.

I’ve been distributing my cover songs with Soundrop since 2021, so I’ve experienced different stages of their service over time. In the past, things were a bit rough, but over the last year the release processing speed and customer support have improved significantly. It’s honestly a relief to see how much better everything is running now. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend Soundrop.

Soundrop support is completely non-existent. A database bug ("Ghost Track / Unexpected Error") occurred on their end and locked my ISRC (QZHN72633846). I submitted Ticket #5129101 on Feb 10th. It has been 16 DAYS with zero response. My release schedule is ruined. I cannot delete the ghost track, and I cannot move forward. I will change this review ONLY when an engineer clears this database error. Fix Ticket #5129101 immediately. My release has been completely blocked for over 3 weeks because of a system crash on Soundrop's end. Their system generated an "Unexpected Error" and locked my ISRC (QZHN72633846) as a "Ghost Track" in their database. Account Manager David A. finally replied to my Ticket #5129101, only to tell me there is "no update" and no ETA from the Dev Team for a simple database purge. This is completely unacceptable. You are holding my music hostage. If your system is this broken and your Dev Team cannot fix a simple database error in 3 weeks, you need to manually release my stuck ISRC immediately so I can take my music elsewhere. @DowntownHoldco, is this the standard of service you accept from your companies?
