We certainly appreciate your business and the feedback. This is the first I have heard of your issue. I don't quite understand because the unit comes standard with a piano hinged side door and the Therma-Cool ceiling was definitely on the order to Diamond Cargo. The tongue was never a triple tube because you only had 3500 axles. It goes to triple tube if you upgrade to the heavier 5200 axles. I hope you know that none of this was intentional. We will do everything possible to try and make any errors as right as possible. Thanks Again, Jeremy Williams - Pres

We are so sorry to hear that your trailer was not built correctly. I have personally checked and verified that Ennis did order this unit without a roof vent. The confirmation we received from the manufacturer after the order was placed specifically stated no roof vent. We do not know how or why this happened, but sincerely want to apologize for the error. The coating on the safety chains and wiring harness should have been avoided also. We truly hate that your experience was anything short of your previous experience with us and we will do all that we can to try and make this right for you. We will be reaching out to you shortly to try and find a resolution. Please consider reevaluating your rating of our company because we strive to be so much better than this. Thank you for your business and your consideration. Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot
