I had an issue but Jason cleared it up quickly.

Jason did a great robin three ways: 1) Met me at the park when he was in town and gave me some hands on with the Phantom 4 Pro. 2) Kept me updated with the status of my order. 3) Is responsive to questions when I have them (I am a newbie). Enjoyed the purchase experience and look forward to a continued relationship with Space City Drones!

My #1 choice for everything about drones. Jason got my Mavic Pro pre order taken care of and followed up with DJI till i got my drone. Even under a DJI shipping mess, jason came thru for me. I dont know how he does it, but he answered every one of my questions no matter how silly it seemed to me. His attention to detail is top of the line and i highly recommend Space City Drones for anybody looking for the perfect drone. Thank you Space City Drones. Beyond 10 stars.

Space City Drones was great to deal with! They were honest and responsive to all of my questions! I highly recommend! I recently purchased a Mavic Pro from DJI. Although DJI had supply chain issues and were not able to ship immediately, Space City Drones kept me informed and even offered to refund my money if I just could not wait any longer.

I preordered the Mavic for an October release and even though DJI constantly delayed the shipment, Jason was on top of what was happening with my order, I never had to inquire about the drone because he was at the ready to give me all the info he was receiving at the time. Even when he had to step down because of his accident, his wife Jackie took over and with the little experience she had; she made sure I was aware of everything going on. This company really cares about their customers and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant and satisfactory experience. The Mavic arrived yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I have not tried it yet because we’re having a little bit of rain here in California at the moment, but as soon as the skies clear I’ll be giving it a go. Thank you for such a nice experience!

The only issue I had was that my drone was delayed a week and the padding on the controller was torn. Overall , very satisfied.

Space City Drones Provided expert and willing guidance in my decision to purchase Phantom 4 Pro drone. All questions were answered to my satisfaction in a very timely fashion. Jason even provided extra service by registering and providing FAA labels for my drone. He also provided helpful advice for using the drone in commercial operations.
