Jeanne is an amazing customer service representative. She was so attentive and prompt through my entire process of replacing the Jupiter Spacetouch. I was very disappointed that my device had lost its cooling and heating functions but Spacetouch stood behind their product and immediately sent out a brand new one to me. I’m so grateful that it was a smooth and flawless replacement!!! Thank you Jeanne. You are the face of Spacetouch and you made them proud!!!

My brand new unit would not charge. I sent a message to customer service at space touch and received prompt replies to each subsequent message. I was advised to mail my unit to the address they provided. They promptly sent me back a brand new unit. They followed up on tracking the unit I sent to them, as well as the one I received as a replacement. We were told when we purchased this unit that the company had excellent customer service, and although we did not expect to use or need it this quickly, they stand behind their product as we were told they would.

My spacetouch Jupiter wasn’t charging correctly. Jeanne was so responsive and followed up immediately!! They replaced my faulty one with a new device!! Amazing customer service!!

I was so worried when I made my original investment of the jupiter but today i just received my new one. My previous one stopped working and I reached out and they had me return it and provided shipping label and sent me a brand new one. I love that they stood behind there word. This was a large purchase and well worth it .

I am very impressed with Jeanne. My Jupiter broke after a few months of us and Jeanne was unbelievably responsive with constant follow-up to replace our unit. The warranty claim process is easy and fast. I do like the Jupiter skincare device and I am seeing great results.
