The box containing the chain and ring was a bit crushed because the packaging didn't protect it adequately. The envelope with the note was also slightly crumpled for the same reason. Aside from that detail, everything was very nice and of good quality. I liked the seal on the envelope.

Brilliant piece of jewellery, a little on the small side but really nice
