Poorly written resume that is not ATS compliant and got no call backs

Collaborating with the CEO of this company, Leander Howard II, proved to be an absolute nightmare. As a new mother attempting to reenter the workforce after the pandemic, I decided to invest in the Spark Your Resume service. Regrettably, despite waiting for over 100 days, I never received the finished products I had paid for. To make matters worse, when I requested a full refund, the CEO callously refused and remarked, "I don't care if you leave a bad review, we're going out of business in 2 weeks anyway." This appalling experience epitomizes abysmal customer service, and I strongly discourage others from engaging with this business.

I landed my current job with the resume they wrote and I am very happy

Many recruiters have told me that my resume was too long and I constantly heard I don’t have the the “time” needed. I was looking for a resume writing company that could conduce my current resume without taking away from what I’ve done. This company did that and some! This process was extremely easy.

Your resume writers only know the business end not the artist end of resume writing. I am a Wardrobe Technician and that term, despite my trying to make them understand, has nothing to do with the fashion world. AND their writing didn’t even make sense half the time. I was expecting to pick up their version of MY resume and be like wow I didn’t even think about writing that, NOT correcting their mistakes.

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to receive a resume to review. Today is day 22 of 30 of my contract, and this company has not delivered. Yes, you refunded me 1/2 of my fee, but providing me with nothing for the other 1/2 is robbery. When can I expect an update?

Spark Your Resume is an excellent resume-writing service with an excellent cost for consumers. The team was very responsive and always answered every question I had in detail. All the products delivered were high quality and helped me stand out to respective employers. I highly recommend Spark Your Resume.

Spark Your Resume came at a time where I was lost in the job search. What I like about them most is that they took their time to help out with my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. The best benefit is that they still check on you even though their job is done.
