Placed a very expensive order. And paid extra for hassle free guaranteed shipping . FedEx delivered my parts to someone else. FedEx told me I would have to go through the shipped. 2 days later when I finally got a response from spelab. They told me to contact FedEx or call the police. That was their help after I paid extra for guaranteed shipping. I would buy elsewhere.

I purchased two separate items from SPE lab over the last few weeks, both parts for my diesel truck. Everything that I ordered appeared to be of good quality, and well constructed, however I never ended up installing the parts, halfway through I realized that I was not gonna be able to use what I had ordered. I boxed everything back up, contacted SPE lab and informed them that I would like to return. They were very accommodating and communicative, I received my refund promptly after they received the items.

Order a egr kit for 150. Package was damaged and incomplete. Emailed spelads tried sending replacement 2 times, still incomplete, asked for a refund only to receive partial payment. Had to use other companies kit to finish this kit. Will never use spelads again.
