had a great experience. Ordered a pride scooter on a Thursday from my phone on an insurance claim and it was in my driveway when i got home from golf of Saturday. Wow!! What fast service. The price was excellent also.

I ordered the Cloud PR-515 MaxiComfort with Twilight recliner just over 2 years ago. I've had nothing but problems with the remote ever since I got it. I've had to get replacements 5 times now. To begin with, I had to wait 4 months to receive my chair. They kept making excuses why they couldn't ship it yet. I finally got it and about 6 months down the road my remote stopped working and I had to get someone to come to my apartment and get on their hands and knees with a flashlight looking through the back of the chair to see what was going on with the remote. It was really hard to get to, but they finally pulled it out and seen that the cord was thoroughly demolished by the rotors underneath the chair. So long story short, I've been through this 5 times now. I called the customer service today asking for a new chair because I'm tired of dealing with the same problem over and over, especially when it's not due to my own negligence. He basically told me I was sol and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me there wasn't one available and I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I asked him what he thought I should do in the meantime because I literally use my recliner to sleep in because of health conditions. The chair is stuck in the back position with the footrest up in the air. It took every bit of strength I had in me just to get out of my chair when the remote decided to stop. The representative told me all he could suggest is that I buy a new remote while I'm waiting, which is $200. I originally paid $2,200 for the chair and I'm not about to spend another $200 on a remote that's not due to my own fault. I am so sick and tired of this company and dealing with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I still have yet to hear from a supervisor. My landlord says that it's a fire hazard and suggested I report to the Better Business bureau. UPDATE: 3/26/2023 Spinlife sent out a technician to find the 'root cause' of this happening and supposedly they 'fixed the problem'. I've had the new remote for 2 weeks now, and already it has sliced right in half! I've lost track of the number of times this has happened and the company makes it look like the warranty is up and it's my problem now, even though it's been going on the entire time I've had the chair from the very beginning! Once again I have to call and deal with the company and wait for them to figure out what they will do for me if anything at all. It is not from my negligence that this is happening. Regardless if the warranty is up, they should be responsible to fix the root cause or replace the entire chair with a different model. I will make another update when I hear anything back from them. Meanwhile I sit here without a chair to sleep in.

Selection was easy except for knowing availability and choosing of different sizes than medium. Overviews were very helpful.

delivery was good, the pkg wasn't too big. my only problem was i didn't take the booklet with me when i made a trip to phila. after putting the unit together, i didn't have the book to refer to, so my brother couldn't use it that day until i got home to refer to the book and found the instructions for the "fuse"; my unit i have from "pride" didn't require a "fuse"
