SPOC Learn has been great in meeting our financial constraints and requirements. In the end we got what we wanted which is important. The trainer was great and was provided on site for us which made a difference in the learning experience.

I recently took an impressive ITIL 4 training session with SPOCLEARN. The course was well-organized, and Umesh, the instructor, was knowledgeable and engaging. The real-world scenarios provided practical insights, making the training both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend SPOCLEARN's training programs for enhancing ITIL knowledge and skills. Considering studying the Prince2 Agile course with them next!

The instructor was very thorough in his presentations. He took the time to explain the topics and asked questions to ensure we understood the info that was shared. On the final day of training we did some sample questions and again the time was taken to review any questions we may have gotten wrong to ensure we were clear on the respective topic. The support provided by the SpocLearn Rep was always great he is still providing his support to us as we prepare for the examination. Great Job!

The tutor is great and I have acquired knowledge on SRE. Besides, it is quite surprised that lunch is provided during the training sessions, which is great. However, I think the classroom is too small, the tables are small too.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback on our SRE training program. We will work on your feedback for our classroom and improve our services in the future. All the best.
