Sportsman's Warehouse, Inc.Reviews of sportsmans.com

Ordered some clothing from their website, some items came not as described. Meanwhile order details goes to an empty account with no order history as if i never bought anything from them, making if impossible to start a return. Horrible scamming practice.

I purchased a rifle online through their website, at the time it said that they had multiple in stock and available. However after placing my order they emailed me saying that it is actually out of stock. After waiting on the phone for over a half hour to speak to someone about it they said they would call me back. Never called me back. 5 days later I called again asking about it and they told me they still havent found one at their other stores, yet on their website it says available at multiple stores. This has been a terrible experience for me and I would suggest going literally anywhere else because they clearly don't update their websites or stock. Save yourself the hassle and Do Not Shop Here!! I will never purchase anything from here again and I will make sure to let everyone I know to do the same.

Sportsman warehouse does not honor their price match policy. I just tried at the Salem, OR store and they refused to match multiple prices I provided to them from multiple online vendors. They said they only match the base pace of the item. They do not match sale prices. Their policy does not exclude sale prices but in practice, they violate their own policy.

Ordered items online only to be told two weeks later that they no longer had any inventory. Had to wait to get my credit card credited and was offered no replacement or credit for my trouble.

My wife and I and granddaughter were in there shopping and the a/c was broken, it was a horrible experience.

I placed an order weeks ago for a rifle scope on sale only to find out today that it had been cancelled due to being "out of stock." After navigating to the page and confirming with customer service it was confirmed that the item was indeed available BUT now at a higher price. Customer service tried to rectify the situation by attempting to "honor the price" by refunding me difference only after I purchased the item at the new higher price when they could have just reprocessed my order at the original sale amount. I don't claim to understand how this type of practice works in their business but it clearly leaves a sour taste from a customer's perspective.

Their Customer Service is Terrible. Their online ordering program sets the customer up to have their order sent to the wrong store. They will Not ship from one store to another. They cancel the order even though the other store has your product. Then you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund. I will Never shop there again.

Lazy employees, rude management and hideous management of inventory.
