amazing
bought spotify upgrade and got it in a span of 2 minutes, made a support ticket and they replied within a couple minutes, really good customer service and nice people

Do NOT use Spotify.ac
Spotify.ac - Do NOT use this service, under no circumstances, I believe this is a scam. The key worked for four weeks, when following the process for a replacement I was told to get in touch with staff. Staff has not replied, upon sending a reminder I can no longer log into my account. Note that this is spotify.ac offering a Lifetime Spotify Premium Service. Spotify.com itself is a little pricey but fine.

Hello there, Firstly, please submit your transaction ID or email. We'll be able to look up your order and confirm if it exists with that information. Secondly, we have a support team working round the clock on our website's internal ticket system. A message sent via https://spotify.ac/contact will be responded to within a few hours. Finally, there is an automatic replacement link on our website at https://spotify.ac/replace. Anyone who is removed from Family Plan can use that link to re-claim their Premium within a click.
